Payment and Refund Policy

Crafty Potter Ceramics has a No Refund After 14 days policy so please read our ‘Cancellation Refund Time-frames’ on table below before placing your Order.

As each piece is Custom and ‘Made-To-Order, we require 50% Deposit upfront to cover raw material costs before production and design can commence.

Production lead time is generally 4-6 weeks from Date of Order.

Dependent on production timelines, large quantity Orders can take anywhere between 8 -12 weeks. Please factor this in to ensure you have allowed enough time for your Order to arrive. Please also refer to Product Disclaimer.

Ceramic Art is a process that necessitates time however all effort will be made to work within your required timeframe.

Shipping Policy

Crafty Potter Ceramics service all areas of South-East Queensland and surrounds. If you are unsure if we deliver to or service your area, please contact us via the Enquiry Form.

Freight and Delivery

A door-to-door delivery service is provided on ALL orders to minimize breakage during transit.

Freight costs apply to ALL delivery services and are quoted at time of booking.

We take great care in packaging your Order as safely as possible. All care is taken to ensure your Order arrives safely and undamaged. All items will be thoroughly checked prior to drop off at door.

Signature upon collection is mandatory and will be required on ALL door-to-door delivery services, unless advised otherwise.

Variations in Product & Design Work

All Crafty Potter Ceramics artisanal pieces are custom ‘Made-To-Order’.

Each piece is individually handcrafted and designed in-house by our Artist meaning that no two (2) pieces created will ever be truly identical or exactly the same – this forms part of the uniqueness of handcrafted Ceramics.

Slight variations to design and/or colour are to be expected as this is an inherent characteristic of handcrafted artisanal created work.

As with ALL Crafty Potter Creations, every effort will be made to design as close and as true as possible to the Images shown on Website. Photography

Crafty Potter Ceramics strive to provide accurate representations of our products through website imagery.

Photography is conducted with the utmost care to capture true-to-life imagery, however the appearance of glaze colors may vary depending on the temperature of the light in the environment or the viewer’s screen display settings. This includes brightness, contrast, and color calibration inconsistencies across devices.

Art & Design Work

Crafty Potter Ceramics does not offer Graphic Designer services for creating *Artwork on ‘Sunset Customs’ Orders.

For all Sunset Customs Orders *Artwork in either JPEG or PDF format must be provided before production can commence. We will produce an EXACT replica of your Art-file onto Screen (this includes content, photograph, background, shading and everything visible on the image file). If you are only wanting an ‘element’ of the JPEG or PDF file to appear on Ceramic, you will need to ‘clip out’ that element using Adobe, Photoshop or a similar software program and resend an updated file. We do not offer a file editing service.

Customers using *Artwork ‘with permission’ will be required to submit documentation that details their usage rights at time of placing Order.

Crafty Potter Ceramics reserves the right to reject images or text we deem inappropriate, offensive, illegal or of questionable copyright status.

We are unable to print explicit images for liability reasons. Shading and everything visible on the image file). *Artwork includes any Artwork to which you have ownership or proper copyrights to reproduce. You will be asked to Read and Accept our Terms & Conditions of Sale at the time of placing an Order including an Acknowledgement of Copyright Statement.

Ceramics Care & Handling

All Crafty Potter Ceramics are made from Earthenware that has been Mid-Fired. Earthenware Ceramics are durable and long-lasting when treated with care, however Ceramics in general are still considered fragile. Handling with care is always recommended.

Food Safe & Dinnerware Safe

All Crafty Potter Ceramics are 100% Food Safe and Dinnerware Safe.

We only use Glazes that are specifically designed to be safe for use in food preparation and dinnerware applications. You can safely eat from Crafty Potter Ceramics Bowls, Plates and Platters.

Product Disclaimer

Crafty Potter Ceramics reserves the right to decline orders that cannot be completed within the required timeframe. Production schedules are carefully managed, and if your order exceeds our capacity or clashes with existing commitments, we will notify you promptly and suggest alternatives where possible.
